Liderazgo transformacional y las mujeres líderes latinas en relación con el ministerio de la mujer en el liderazgo de Jesús

Resumen

La iglesia primitiva continuó el ejemplo positivo de Cristo, tratando a hombres y mujeres con igualdad de oportunidades. En esta, los líderes eran llamados por Dios y operaban como resultado de la obra del Espíritu de Cristo. El concepto teológico de igualdad se ve en el ministerio de la iglesia primitiva y demuestra una posición igualitaria en la cual hombres y mujeres son considerados para roles de liderazgo de acuerdo con sus dones. El tema del liderazgo es congruente con la importancia de la influencia y el impacto del líder. Evalúa las áreas de liderazgo de servicio y liderazgo transformacional. Las características de identidad y liderazgo latino están inmersas en diversos rasgos culturales y lo más relevante es un tipo autoritario jerárquico y de enfoque masculino. Este es el tema más difícil para las latinas cristianas en el liderazgo, incluso, hoy en día, pero la revelación de la teología bíblica las alienta a responder al llamado de Dios con valentía y determinación.
