¿Bienaventurados los que sufren? Tradiciones lectoras, injusticia hermenéutica y abuso espiritual
Resumen
Algunas hermenéuticas bíblicas pueden alimentar el abuso espiritual, dado que pueden sustentar culturas teológicas que facilitan el abuso a través de la conexión entre salvación y sufrimiento. Este artículo aborda esta cuestión tomando nota de las epistemologías que tales lecturas movilizan y propone el concepto de «injusticia hermenéutica» para identificar y reconocer los efectos de esta cultura teológica. Para ello, se propone un recorrido en cinco apartados. El artículo abre con algunos apuntes sobre el sufrimiento en la tradición cristiana para, a continuación, presentar el concepto de justicia hermenéutica. Esta se relaciona con la situación epistemológica del o la intérprete y la comunidad lectora. El tercer apartado gira en torno al abuso espiritual y cómo puede manifestarse. Un cuarto apartado se centra en las bienaventuranzas y cómo su recepción ha dado lugar a una tradición lectora problemática desde el punto de vista del abuso espiritual. Se aborda a continuación la correlación entre injusticia hermenéutica y abuso espiritual, para finalmente ofrecer una breve conclusión que insta a tomar conciencia crítica de este tipo de tradiciones lectoras.Referencias
