Crítica de las tradiciones del libro de Rut

Este artículo tiene como objetivo proponer un modelo para el análisis de las tradiciones en cualquier pasaje bíblico, que posibilite lograr la reserva de sentido del texto sagrado. Para tal efecto, se analizan las tradiciones más importantes del libro de Rut: las dos tradiciones concernientes a Moab que se traslucen en nuestra trama, (las hijas de Lot y la exclusión de los moabitas de la congregación de Israel), así como las tradiciones de espigar y rebuscar en los campos segados y las leyes del rescate y del levirato.
La gran novedad del libro, es que no hace una mera recuperación de las tradiciones de forma intacta. Hay actualizaciones, adecuaciones, reformulaciones que ayudan al desenlace magistral de la obra. Lo que, sin duda, podría dar pie para denominar a esta historia, la gran actualización de las leyes o tradiciones
